HLB kick-started crowdfunding in international (Go Fund Me) and national (Hiteri) platforms wherein people from all around the world have come together to support the smart technology which envisions to save lives by eliminating blood scarcity in Nepal. To fundraise for Hamro LifeBank via Go fund me, two Nepalese youths, Ramesh and Govinda ran the C&O 100 milers Ultra Marathon in 30 hours on April 27 - 28, 2019. Every kilometer they ran and every calorie they burnt counted. They were able to raise a total of $9445 out of $10000 targeted amount from 153 individuals. HLB has initiated national crowdfunding on 17 May, 2019 via Hiteri with a target of NRS 300,000. Both the funding platforms are still open for new donations.
