103 individuals registered to donate blood and 79 were qualified to donate blood. Others were not eligible to donate due to various health and other reasons. Out of 79 donors, 13 of them were first time donors and 36.8% of our donors are female which was very impressive. Usually the female donor count is less than 20%. The Highlights of the donation drive are described below.
We collected 79 pints of blood that is equivalent to saving 237 lives.
We collected : A+ 22 pints, B+ 24 pints, O+ 24 pints, AB+ 4 pints, A - 1 pints, B - 1 pints and O - 3 pints
There were 36.8% Female and 63.2% Male blood donors.
